| Arts and Education The Jurassic Coast Trust and the Fine Family Foundation jointly sponsored the educational arts project, Shapeshift: Landscape in Motion, exhibited at Durlston Castle. Other arts projects include the Exmouth and Seaton silk banners painted by college and school children. |

| Fossil Festivals The Jurassic Coast Trust sponsors the annual Lyme Regis Fossil Festival which is attended by experts from the Natural History Museum and many others in the fields of paleontology and geology and attracts thousands of visitors. In 2008 the Jurassic Coast Trust also sponsored the Charmouth Fossil Festival, and in particular the ‘Meet the Collectors Day’ |

| The Durlston Project Jurassic Coast Trust’s flagship project, the first of an exciting programme of visitor centres planned at key locations along the coast. Working with Friends of Durlston the Trust is securing funding towards the £5.5m total project cost for this grade 2 listed Castle to be transformed into a world-class facility. Funding needs to be raised this year in order to secure the Heritage Lottery Fund grant. |
